Preliminary Design & Approvals
This stage readies your project for construction. We assess your land through site inspections, soil testing, surveys, and structural planning, ensuring the home suits its environment. Meanwhile, our team manages approvals, paperwork, and coordination, making the process clear and stress-free so you can move forward with confidence.
Step 4
Contract Signing & Final Selections
We take care of the important details behind the scenes. Once your budget is confirmed, Coast Modular’s Contract Administrators prepare a HIA Building Contract covering everything from Stages 1 to 3. After signing, you’ll meet our Interior Designer to finalise selections and add the finishing touches that make your home distinctly yours.

Factory-Built Construction
This is where your home takes shape. We build each module in our controlled factory environment to ensure exceptional quality. Throughout the process, your Project Manager will keep you involved with photo and video updates as your vision comes together.

Delivery &
On-Site Assembly
The exciting stage begins as your home moves into production within our controlled factory. Here, efficiency meets exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our dedicated project manager oversees the process, while you stay connected with regular photo and video updates as your home comes to life.

Handover & Ongoing Support
